The Anybus® SG-gateway with EtherNet/IP interface has now entered the "Limited" phase of the Anybus Product Life Cycle management. As a direct replacement HMS now offers the new and improved IXXAT SG-gateway.
HMS will continue to support the Anybus version, but no further product updates or development will take place.
NEW IXXAT-SG-GATEWAYS
With the successor series, which is now part of the IXXAT Energy product range and distributed under the IXXAT brand, HMS offers a revised and even more powerful solution.
Based on a new 32-bit processor platform with extended memory, the IXXAT SG-gateway is now able to process up to 8192 variables (previously 128 variables). As a result, the gateway can be used without restrictions in complex systems with a multiplicity of signals and messages as well as a high data throughput.
